NORTH-EAST based IP Telecoms Carrier BNS Telecom has announced its half-year results today with an increase in Group turnover of 44% to £16.39m.

Underlying operating profit was reported at £530,000 with cash generation from the core business at £1.21m - a strong improvement on the outflow of £0.45m in 2007.
