You can report a suspected fault or problem with your business phone line or telecommunications solution by completing our on-line fault form.

Please note -
The fault form is to report a fault during office hours which are:
(Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00).

Any faults logged via the form at any other time (other than stated above) will be actioned at the earliest possible opportunity during office hours.

For out of office hours please call 0870 750 8888 to report a fault.
